|Recommended: YesLove It Here — It is always hard moving and finding a new home. However everyone here has been very kind and helpful. From the Ladies in the office to the gentleman who help with maintenance...everyone has been very kind and helpful. I love seeing parents outside with thier kiddos. I even saw father's teaching a group of young boys basketball. I found out one of the dad's was part of the maintenance team. It truly takes a village to raise kiddos--It was beautiful to see these dad's having fun outside and playing with the kiddos here. My daughter was exciting she made friends on our first day here That made my heart happy.

|Recommended: NoRoutine Maintenance Has Long Window Unless It Is Urgent — I submitted a request to fix an issue that was necessary after two weeks of moving in, but I did not receive any response for 3–4 days. When I contacted the leasing staff, instead of addressing my concern directly, she instructed me to read the leasing document and gave irrelevant examples, such as waiting in line at a hotel or in an emergency room, and mentioned limited staff availability. When I asked about the two-week ETA, I was not sure why she brought up those comparisons, which were unnecessary and quite frustrating as a new resident.
We pay for their services and reasonably expect timely and appropriate responses. I was completely disappointed with how this situation was handled

I feel that if all the amenities are provided to resident, then below necessary amenities should also be part of package-
1- At-least a Bed or mattress
2- I found no lights in the bedroom, That should be there.
