|Recommended: YesMy wife and I moved here over three years ago and we loved it. Unfortunately, a job relocation will take us away from here. Management and maintenance are top notch. They have just finished renovations on the fitness room last month, updated the exterior with trendy white and grey tones they used to be a beige color . The mailboxes are upgraded and have ample space for magazines to arrive flat instead of rolled up. There are two pools on premises and a hot tub. Management has thrown great pool parties with cool prizes. My neighbor won a Visa gift card
My neighbors are good. I forgot Amazon was coming and my package was on my doorstep when I got home two days later. Another time when I knew I was going away, I asked my neighbor to pick up my package and store it. She was kind enough to do it.
During the ice storm of 2021, both the staff and neighbors pitched in to help each other.

|Recommended: YesSimply the best Joann and Deanna are excellent They are friendly and supportive of the residents. The maintenance here is quick I've submitted a request and had it answered in less than 10 minutes and fixed correctly . The property is small and the staff and residents are like family. The property is quiet and safe. I've come home well past midnight after visiting family and I didn't feel uncomfortable or unsafe walking from my vehicle to my home.

|Recommended: YesI Love My New Apartment — I am new to the Town-creek community. I am so happy to be here and love my new apartment. JoAnne and DeAnna, in the leasing office are kind and accommodating. Lamont and Joseph are very responsive to tenant needs as well. 😊

|Recommended: YesGreat Overall, But Maintenance Is Terrible As Usual — The apartments are clean, the location is safe, the complex is quiet, and parking, even covered parking, is not an issue. The staff brings down the entire complex. It takes about 2 weeks to get to maintenance requests, and most of my requests have not been fixed correctly. There are still maintenance issues from last month. I also emailed the property staff about how to handle a broken coaxial cable and have not heard back.

|Recommended: YesA Good Place To Call Home — Town Creek is a great apartment complex due to its size not too big , amenities weight room and 2 pools , friendly tenants mostly , and support people. The people in the office are helpful and the guys who fix everything are accommodating and quick to respond plus they always have a friendly smile . I have lived here for over a year and enjoyed every moment.

|Recommended: YesThis Is A Family Community With A Good Mix Of Cultures. — The grounds are always clean and well kept sue to the hard work of the crew and efficiency of the management staff. Individual and community issues are addressed quickly. The complex is filled with a mix of singles and families who seem to get along well. We have a great combination of cultures who respect each others beliefs and life styles. My only complaint is that I wish people would learn to use the dumpsters correctly there are three so if one is full use one of the others and there are a few dog owners who believe the rest of us enjoy stepping in their dog's poo at 9pm. Other than those two issues, this is an awesome place to live.

|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Well Kept And The Management Team And Workers Are Top Notch.... However — Your neighbors will make your living experience here either heavenly or a nightmare. Unfortunately for us, we had upstairs neighbors that constantly jumped, ran, banged on walls and stomped for the entire duration of our stay here. The walls are not very thick, so you can, at times hear loud arguments, children screaming or yelling... As far as the complex, again... very well manicured, clean, maintenance upkeep is great, and the management team is outstanding. Recommendation - Get an upstairs unit, if you are going to rent here.

|Recommended: YesMy Experience With Town Creek — I enjoy living here but my neighbors upstairs from me can be a little bit noisy at times. But the property has the best office and maintanence staff I've ever dealt with.
